We are committed to the spiritual development of our children from baptism to confirmation and beyond by bringing
them the Good News, helping them to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As a community we seek to love
and serve God, to love our neighbors, and to learn what the Bible teaches us about living faithful and fruitful lives.
Our Nursery is open to children from infancy to age 4 or 5. The nursery is staffed by at least two parishioners, one of
whom must be Safe Church Trained. Nursery care is available during entire the 10 AM Sunday Service. The Nursery
is easily accessed by a short set of stairs by the upper level ladies room. Please ask an Usher for directions. For
Our Church School is open to children aged 5 through grade 5 during the 10 AM service in our Luckenbill Fellowship
Hall. The class is staffed by our Director of Religious Education and other Adult teachers who are safe church trained.
Luckenbill Hall is found at the end of the corridor near the upper level ladies and men’s rooms. Please ask an Usher for
Our Church School program guides the children through the stories of the Old and New Testament in accordance with
the liturgical season. Students also learn about Church history, the Holy Sacraments, and basic Christian ethics of
compassion. Crafts, scavenger hunts, and interactive discussions bring our youth to the knowledge of God's Love as
present in our biblical stories and Episcopal worship. All Church School children will enter the Church during the
Church School entrance hymn, just before the Peace.
Once a month, beginning in January 2017, our new confirmands, as well as previously confirmed youth, will be
meeting at 11:30 AM after church service for an open panel discussion forum. Please feel free to ask friends to join
our Youth Group.
We are also looking to expand our Youth Group activities with additional outings and events. Please contact Kerry
